President Rodrigo Roa Duterte calls on the Filipino people to observe strict discipline in practicing proper social distancing, exercise patience and follow the protective measures being implemented amid the extended Luzon-wide ‘enhanced community quarantine’ until April 30 due to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
The President cites that he has not gone home to Davao City since announcing the enhanced community quarantine in order to follow the rule and issues a stern warning against violators of quarantine procedures being implemented by the local government units.
