President Rodrigo Roa Duterte leads the distribution of various certificates and awards to the graduates of the Motorcycle Riding Course (MCRC) and Motorcycle Riding Safety Training (MRST) at the Rancho Palos Verdes in Davao City on December 7, 2018.
The 246 graduates under the MCRC Class 05, 06, 07-2018 Region XI and the MRST Class 03-2018 come from the Philippine National Police (PNP), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), Davao City central 911, and local civilians.
