This year’s commemoration centers on the theme, ‘Rizal 2018: Talino at Malasakit sa Isa’t- Isa, Pundasyon ng Isang Malaya at Maunlad na Bansa’ (Rizal 2018: Wisdom and Compassion, Foundation of A Free and Progressive Nation).
