President Rodrigo Roa Duterte talks to the 5th Infantry Division’s (5ID) Star Troopers as he returns to the Camp Melchor F. Dela Cruz in Gamu, Isabela.
In his visit, the Commander-in-Chief awards the Order of Lapu-Lapu with the rank of Kampilan to the wounded-in-action (WIA) soldiers, namely, PFC Sergio Cawad, PFC Jaymar Oligo, Sgt. Arnold Mangawit, and Sgt. Reynald Tumangil.
President Duterte also witnesses the turnover ceremony of the four-wheeled drive tractor from the Department of Agriculture (DA) to the 5ID.
