READ: Noong July 13, 2017, personal na nagtungo si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte kasama si DOTr Secretary Art Tugade at iba pang miyembro ng gabinete sa Ormoc, Leyte upang talakayin ang rehabilitasyong isinasagawa ng gobyerno sa siyudad matapos ang pagsalanta ng magnitude 6.5 na lindol noong July 6.
DOTr Sec. Art Tugade to PRRD:
"Ngayon ho, meron dito sa Ormoc Airport na nasirang (Airport) Terminal, Mr. President. Punit 'yung bubong, sira (na). Hindi ho kasama sa earthquake 'yan. Iniwan ito ng Yolanda sa Ormoc. Hanggang ngayon, hindi pa nagagawa. Isasama narin ho natin na gagawin 'yan, Mr. President."
