President Rody Duterte arrives in Moscow to begin his five-day Official Visit to the Russian Federation. The visit is upon the invitation of President Vladimir Putin in the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in Lima, Peru last November 2016.
The President is scheduled to meet with the Russian leaders, President Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. He is also set to attend several business forums and the Filipino community gathering. #PartnerForChange #DuterteRussia
